Dominic Wright
A specialist in leadership dynamics, and organisational culture and development. He works to create alignment with the structure, processes and emotional drivers of a business and its people, releasing potential and organisational performance. Dom is on the Faculty of Insights.

Dave Moss
Dave Moss has over 20 years of experience within the military and corporate world as a trainer. Dave spent four years in the Royal Navy before transferring to the RAF where he served for 16 years as a fast jet navigator and instructor which included 3 years working for BAE Systems in the Middle East. Dave uses his experience of working with a wide variety of people and teams has a passion for learning and development and is an approved trainer for the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM).

Graham Edwards
A creative and engaging thinker, Graham is a s pecialist in senior-level facilitation (ideas, innovation and business development). Soft skills development- facilitation and consultancy.

Joanne Packham
Jo has management experience in both training and human resources. She worked in retail as a regional personnel and training manager, overseeing 15 stores in the south-east. With News International she moved into a specialist training role, designing and leading a wide range of management development projects. Jo later broadened her business experience to an HR generalist role in the company as HR manager to the commercial division. A venture into recruitment consultancy was her last step before specialising as a training consultant.

Krystyna Semleken
Having followed a successful career in business development, Krystyna became lead telemarketing troubleshooter / coach for BT where she was sent into major call centres to help increase their effectiveness - Krystyna provides sales coaching and development for business development teams.

Lucy Brownsdon
Lucy's background is in Organisation Development, initially in a retail PLC before working as a freelance facilitator and project manager. Lucy is renowned as an excellent facilitator intent on delivering results with an interesting and eclectic breadth of experience.

Mark Whittington
Having started his career in the MOD, Mark is an excellent facilitator working with boards, senior management teams and departmental teams to great effect.

Nikki Holly
An excellent facilitator, Nikki is a specialist in team and leadership facilitation (team, project, business development).

Rachel Calder
Rachel is a coach and development professional, with 17 years' experience in a number of major organisations in different industries. She is enthusiastic, commercial and results-focused, passionate about supporting individuals, teams and businesses to achieve their potential. Rachel coaches both corporate and private clients on career and life issues, as well as having designed and delivered 360-degree feedback, assessment and development centres and leadership and personal skills training. She is CIPD qualified and a practitioner of a number of psychometric tools including MBTI and SHL OPQ.

Simon Reading
Simon started his career in Graphic Design, moving into multi media and on-line software development. Simon heads up our back office and e-learning development including our Compare competency assessment tools, 360 feedback suite, on-line learning, learner management system and games development.

Steve Holloway
Steve is a Project Manager, Executive Coach and Leadership Development Professional with excellent relationship building skills, high levels of energy and enthusiasm and a track record built through roles in Learning & Development, Innovation (Sales & Marketing) and Engineering (Manufacturing).

Sue Donnelan
Sue combines personal warmth and real care for people with deep rooted business acumen helping others perform and achieve personal and business excellence. Sue is fundamentally a Leader, skilled at seeing what needs to be done, putting a clear, simple process in place and engaging others to "join up" and give their best. She is an expert Facilitator and Coach with over 20 years management and consulting experience.

Tim Peniston-Bird
Tim started his career and Tim Arnold Associates - the largest independent sales promotion and employee motivation agency where he was largely responsible for the management of performance improvement projects across a wide range of blue chip clients.He has subsequently developed employee, customer and channel engagement, development and retention strategies for many of the leading organisations in the world.
